Flower Bay No. 1 Garden

The only residential building in Guangzhou old urban area that got LEED Certification from American Green Building Council.

Located in Guanggang New City of Liwan District of Guangzhou, it is on the sourth of Hedong Road and the west of Dangcun Avenue. It neighbors Xilang Station of Metro Line 1 and Guangfo Hedong Station. The project consists of five plots and is developed in two phases. It includes 60k square meters of community garden and 55k square meters of commercial blocks. It has become a landmark urban complex that integrates “residence, apartment and commerce”.
